Shipments and Payments
The prices of CDs and books displayed on this website include free shipping exclusively within Italy. Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
Due to shipping costs, the prices of products destined for countries within the European Union, except for certain destinations listed below, will be increased by approximately €10 to €20, depending on the selected item.
Shipping to the following countries: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Malta, Romania, Slovenia, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, United Kingdom, United States and Canada, will incur an additional cost of €20 to €30, depending on the product.
After choosing a payment method and entering the shipping details, including the destination country, the final price will be displayed, including delivery costs. You can then proceed to complete your order. For these international destinations, estimated delivery times may range from 3 to 7 business days.
For all other countries, both shipping costs and delivery times may vary significantly. Therefore, we kindly ask you to request a shipping quote by emailing: info@salsettisguitar.com
Note: Except for countries within the European Union, customs duties may be applied upon delivery to other destinations. To avoid misunderstandings, customers are advised to be aware of this possibility and to check in advance whether books and CDs are subject to import duties in their country of residence.

Packaging and Returns
We guarantee that all our products are carefully packaged using bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard boxes. The package is then sealed in a protective plastic envelope for labeling and shipment. The shipping company we work with is among the most reliable, which is why we exclude any responsibility for damage caused by our negligence or that of the courier. Due to the nature of the products, returns are therefore not accepted. However, considering how easy and inexpensive it is to download individual components of the publications and CDs, we strongly recommend that you verify that both the sheet music and the digital audio files meet your expectations and musical tastes before purchasing any physical product.
