This composition in the key of E major is part of the Final Anthology of this Method. The technique used here is the one developed throughout Lessons 1 to 8. This piece was composed using a special tuning that differs from the standard one. For more theoretical and technical details on “Open Tunings” please refer to the introductory section of “Lesson 8”. Compared to the original version, the composition has been enriched with an intermediate section containing a second theme. Its development gradually leads back to the initial melody, which is now supported by a different bass line and concludes with a brief cadence of harmonics.
