Lesson 6 / Brief Description

This PDF document contains a series of arpeggios designed to help you learn the “Finger-picking” technique. In this sixth lesson, using the thumb along with any combination of the index, middle, and ring fingers of the right hand produces single, double, triple, and quadruple notes. The exercises followed by two “Applicable Chord Progressions”, are proposed in simple time and, where stylistically appropriate, also in compound time.  For more theoretical and technical details, please refer to the introductory part of this lesson. It is also recommended listening to the audio tracks related to the “Chord progressions” and the arpeggios applied to them, both available for download within the “Mp3 Exercises / Lessons 1 – 8” sub-menu.
