Lesson 1 / Brief Description

This PDF document contains a series of arpeggios designed to help you learn the “Finger-picking” technique. In this first lesson, the independent use of the thumb, index and middle finger of the right hand produces, with the exception of the final chord, only single notes.  The exercises followed by two “Applicable Chord Progressions”, are proposed in simple time and, where stylistically appropriate, also in compound time.  For more theoretical and technical details, please refer to the introductory part of this lesson. It is also recommended listening to the audio tracks related to the “Chord progressions” and the arpeggios applied to them, both available for download within the “Mp3 Exercises / Lessons 1 – 8” sub-menu.
